Last on the list is the local indie pop band The Juliens. On August 23, 2012, the band released their new single “I Want [You] Here By My Side”. The song sees the band maturing from the poppier side of electronica to a more dense and psychedelic track that recalls The Beta Band, Primal Scream or Stone Roses at their best.
