The most awkward squat setup but pause, regular speed, pause, regular speed.

Does a lot of benching tonight. Still squats 320lbs in the tempo and pause because I’m a psychopath
Okay this one almost took my life. Felt the dimmer turning the lights down fast and had to get back up. Couldn’t find the rack for a second we made it. Everyone’s fine

Jogging 400 breaths, 1 mile heart rate didn't fall below 125 fast enough, so I quit jogging for now.
Pause squats from 25 lbs up to 70 lbs. I almost made 70 lbs. I definitely made 55 lbs.
Then a series of close grip and wide grip pull ups. I can easily do 2 close grip pull ups. Wide grip, I could get past shoulder activation.

Did pause squats from body up to 70 lbs.
I have squatted 4 plates before and am working back up to that. Hopefully I make it there this yr.
Also, the hot tub, pause squats and foot stretches I'm doing seem to have improved / decreased the foot pain. Concerning the stretches, I'm taking my fingers and wrapping around the top of my foot while my thumbs press into the middle toe. The idea being to stretch the muscles along the tongue of my shoe, up through my ankle.
