a tip for anyone in theatre or otherwise has to memorize stuff

if you ever need to memorize something overnight, find a friend who is willing to either stay up all night / get up during the night with you the night before and give them the material you need to memorize have them wake you up four or five times in the night and they have to make you recite it back to them before you can go back to sleep this WORKS, at least for smaller chunks. ive memorized so much overnight when it woule have normally been impossible this way, so if youre ever in a tight spot and youre desperate then this does work!!!!
