Send me ‘☯ + a scene from my characters canon’ and I will drabble it from my character’s POV.

“Don’t be scared Kimo, everything will be okay.” He remembers his mother saying as he’s being pulled forward to get ‘prepared’ for getting on the train. God this was so messed up. They were just visiting for the fireworks, and now they’re getting purged?

The train ride was long, but at least he got to sit between his siblings. Even with them there though, it was terrifying.

They couldn’t talk, they could barely move without getting yelled at by the soldiers on the train. All they could do was remain completely still. Kim’s fingers gripped at the fabric of the strange thing they had forced them all to wear - his hands and arms trapped within the sleeves.

But then, there’s a crash, and the train is moving in any way but straight. Kim fell forward, his scream mixing into others. What was going on? No one seemed to know. Suddenly the train comes to a stop, the restraints on the passengers were turned off and they could all move again. It was easy for the guards to be over taken in the madness. “Mom! Dad!” He calls out as he’s being pushed forward with the chaos of people trying to get off the train. 

“Kim!” He hears his brother call for him, and then a hand grabbing onto his own. He’s pulled to his family who were waiting for him off to the side. “Everyone alright?” His father asked, and the rest of them nodded. “Let’s get out of here.”

Then the family walked into a battlezone.

When volunteers were asked for, practically his entire family stood up - but his siblings pushed him back down. “Hey!”

“Stay here Kimo.” His brother said, ruffling Kim’s hair before going to grab a gun.

He huffs, and stands up anyways. “I’m comin’ whether you like it or not.” And so the family joined the fight. But something goes terribly, terribly, wrong.

The bridge him and his family are running across behind some of the NORA members suddenly starts coming out from underneath them. His ears are ringing, and he can barely hear his name being called before he’s falling.

The gun falls before he does, him having let it go as he was falling - freeing his hands to grab onto something. He doesn’t dare look down. One look down and it would be over. Well, it might be over either way - he can feel himself slipping. Slipping, Slipping–

And suddenly his hands aren’t holding onto anything.

Rahela enjoys fair, clear weather, because it means one less thing she has to worry about while adventuring. She can (and often does) work in less favorable conditions like gales or rain or snow or thunderstorms or heat waves, but they only make things more difficult than they need to be.
