Peppa Claims the Prize!
Our recent stall at the Paws 4 Tea event for Four Paws Animal Rescue, was great fun! We saw a few familiar faces (including Alvin the Basset Hound snarfling in the background of this pic!) and met a great many more! All-in-all it was a great event, with a big turn-out.
Elinor was in her element, mobbing everyone for doggie cuddles. She managed to pilfer two very cute puppies, that quickly became our mascots for the day! Here she is looking very happy with Twilight, a whippet puppy - he took a great interest in our collars!
I'm glad to say that our raffle prize was a great success, so much so, that the winner was, it's safe to say, extremely excited to have won our prize. Using our Lexie display model as an example of the result, the winner was granted a free custom model of their very own pet. The winner was Peppa, and I really can't wait to get on with making her, just look at her markings and her brilliant eyes!
Here she is doing her job, collecting donations for Four Paws. I'll be sure to keep you guys updated on the Peppa sculpture.
'Paws 4 Tea' was a great success, raising £362 for the charity, all in the space of two and a half hours, great job all round I'd say! Unusual Orange managed to contribute £8 of that, from previous sales as well as one sale on the day, so we're happy we did our bit to help too :) Don't forget, £1 from the sales of our harnesses and collars goes directly to Four Paws, and it makes all the difference.
