you've worked so hard this past semester, so hard that you can't recall the last time you went to bed before 3 in the morning. you're exhausted, food in an option now, not a necessity. everyone's been worried about you, your friends (even though they were pre-occupied with studying as well), family ,and most of all, your boyfriend liam. 

When final exam week was on its last day, you breathed a sigh of relief. Liam was waiting for you even, favorite milkshake in hand. You still felt tired when you hugged him.

"Babe, I have a surprise for you," he whispered into your ear as you walked across campus to your apartment. 

"What is it?" 

"I'm taking you on a trip. To a surprise location." 

"What?!" You were so excited but confused at the same time. You weren't expecting that at all. 

"Mhm," he said, stopping and pulling you close,"I know how hard you've worked this past semester and I want to treat you. Everyones worried about you and I think relaxation is exactly what you need."

You wanted to cry from Liam's sweetness, but it was also part exhaustion. "Thank you so much, I love you so much," you mumbled out really fast as you threw your arms around Liam's broad shoulders. He tightly hugged you back. 

"C'mon, let's go pack," he said, taking you again by the hand and heading towards your apartment.
