Fall down 2,437 times, stood and hung a couple of times ✌
So proud of myself that I didn’t chicken out and I’m at Day 10 of #PBeachUpdogChallenge where I get #upsidedown and did my first #inversion ever!
After 10 days, I confirm that that I really need to work on my body awareness, engagement of specific muscles and guts. Gotta be braver, just gotta try.
