Not enough wine in the world could make up for all the things that seemed to have gone wrong that night. Yet, Aurora took another begrudging sip, emptying the glass. She was certainly ready to leave now that her friends were safely away and her adrenaline was wearing off. All she did was wait to pick up her coat from the worker who’d been in charge of them. 

Someone was approaching from behind and Aurora immediately assumed it was the guy with the wine tray again so she turned to ask for another when she had to awkwardly cut herself off. “Hey, can I have another gla- oh... err, sorry,” she said to the woman.
