The Responsibility of PCQI are:-
1. Preparation of–or overseeing the preparation of–the food safety plan for each facility.
2. Validation of preventive controls to ensure that they are capable of controlling the hazards identified in the hazard analysis.
3. Review of records for implementation and effectiveness of preventive controls.
4. Reanalysis of food safety plan.
