Precipitated silica prices see a cut in Delhi

On July 03, 2023, petrochem sources reported a fall in Precipitated silica-grade Tire-grade prices in the Delhi market. Debilitated regional demand and excess supply have led to the price fall. The current price of  Precipitated silica grade Tire-grade in Delhi went down from Rs.76/Kg to Rs.75 /Kg, a fall of Rs.1/Kg.

A significant fall in Methylene Dichloride (MDC) prices in the domestic market of Ahmedabad was recorded today. Weak regional demand coupled with excess supply led to the price fall. Chemical sources confirmed that Methylene Dichloride (MDC) prices would maintain a balanced trend within the next few days. On June 3, 2023, Methylene Dichloride (MDC) domestic prices in Ahmedabad went down from Rs.42/Kg to Rs.38/Kg, a slip of Rs.4/Kg.

Formic acid price high in Mumbai

A sharp lift in Formic acid prices is noticed in Mumbai prices. Reports of improved demand trends supported the price rise in the Mumbai market. On June 3, 2023, Formic acid imported intact prices in Mumbai was assessed at Rs.62/Kg, a surge of Rs.1/Kg, from the previous Rs.63/Kg price.

Glycerine IP prices in the Delhi domestic market fell significantly on June 26th, 2023. Glycerine IP prices have fallen due to slow buying emotions and weak regional demand, which have damaged the market's overall demand and supply dynamics. The price decline has been triggered by sluggish market circumstances, and it is projected to persist in the short future. Glycerine IP costs have dropped by Rs.4 per kilogram, according to industry sources, with the new introduction of basic price settling at Rs.74 per kilogram.
