That whole 'punishment' argument was fairly creepy. EVEN DURPLE HIMSELF WAS TELLING SIMON TO KNOCK IT OFF. But no? Simon said;

The 'eyes' can be in reference to stalking and gawking. Staring, all that creepy shit.
