Interesting angle of my practising my V Butterfly Duchess Split combo for showcase this Saturday. Please forgive the daggy white socks. I then gave my heels are a go. I can't decide what video to post of it. Just an FYI - 7am this morning it was still so bloody hot, by the end I was too sweaty and the Pole too slippery so much so that my final run through I slipped off an injured my arm.
