Being around my mother at all can send me into a full blow panic attack i really need to escape.like tbh tho my mum wouldnt let me be diagnosed with depression for about five years cuz a depressed child would be embarassing to her and I had to sneak antidepressants past her once i turned 18 and she couldnt stop meher being awful now is unsurprising its always like thisim sorry if im incoherent im not really all here rn

It’s been a terrible couple of days. He finally broke up with me after avoiding and ignoring me for days and when he was online he’d rant to me about his girlfriend for reasons I still don’t understand. Right now I just feel terrible, and I’m debating ceasing to front for at least a few days to compose myself.
