The Roasted Peach Bourbon Cocktail is a delicious mix of sweet roasted peaches, rich bourbon, and sour lemon juice. It's a sophisticated and refreshing drink.
Ingredients: 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted. 2 teaspoons honey. 1/4 cup bourbon. 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice. Ice cubes. Fresh thyme sprigs, for garnish optional.
Instructions: Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. Put the cut side of the peach halves on a baking sheet. Put honey on top of the peaches. For 20 to 25 minutes, or until peaches are soft and caramelized, roast them in an oven that has already been heated. Let the peaches cool down a bit, and then put them in a blender. Whiskey and lemon juice should be put into the blender. Mix until it's smooth. Put ice cubes in glasses. Add the peach bourbon mix to the ice and pour it on top. If you want, you can decorate with fresh thyme sprigs. Serve right away and enjoy!
