All healed up with matching synthetic opals from @anatometalinc and @neometaljewelry Sometimes the anatomy of the ear won't allow projects like the #tripleforwardhelix piercing so work with what you have. There wasn't enough room with the rook almost touching her forward helix and the spacing wouldn't have been off if we tried to fit three in there. Instead we spaced them nicely and pierced the tragus to still have three piercings in a row in that area.
