Since January 1st of this year, I've been participating as an active member of the My Peak Challenge. I have never, ever worked so hard physically as I have these last 3 months, and the hard work is paying off! All proceeds go to blood cancer research, and who doesn't like working out alongside your favorite Scottish actor @samheughan??
