These Easy Peanut Butter Biscuits are a delicious treat with a rich peanut butter flavor. They're easy to make and ideal for peanut butter fans!
Ingredients: 1 cup peanut butter. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1 egg. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. Pinch of salt. Additional sugar for rolling.
Instructions: Warm your oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract should all be mixed together in a bowl. Mix everything together well. To the mix, add the baking powder and a little salt. Once more, mix the dough until it is smooth and all the ingredients are fully mixed in. Make dough balls that are about an inch across. Cover the outside of each dough ball with more granulated sugar by rolling it in it. Place the dough balls with the coating on the baking sheet that has been prepared, leaving some space between them so that they can spread. Press down gently on each dough ball with a fork to make a crisscross pattern on top. After the oven is hot, bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. After taking the biscuits out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way.
