This invisible pear and chocolate tart combines the sweetness of ripe pears with the richness of dark chocolate in a light and fluffy custard-like filling. It's a delightful dessert that's perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients: 4 ripe pears. 100g dark chocolate. 3 eggs. 150g sugar. 100g flour. 200ml milk. 1 tsp vanilla extract. Butter for greasing.
Instructions: Set the oven to 180C 350F and heat it up. Butter the inside of a tart pan. Take the pears out of the skin and cut them into thin slices. Cut the dark chocolate into little chunks and set them aside. Mix the eggs and sugar together in a bowl until they are smooth. Mix the milk, vanilla extract, flour, and add it to the egg mixture. Use a whisk to make the mixture smooth. Put the batter into the tart pan that has been greased. Put the slices of pear on top of the batter. Put the chocolate chips on top of the pears. The tart should be baked in a hot oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until it is set and golden brown. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit before you serve it.
