i shared this idea with oomf, but I'm loving it sm I'm sharing it here as well. Firefighters gax au, where George is the firefighter and Max the 'civillian'. Max buys one those Firefighters Calendars for goodwill, and absolutely falls down BAD for George's photo (which happens to be in September, Max's birthday month, so obviously it has to be a sign right??).

So Max keeps having small ""accidents"" for which he ""has"" to call the firefighters (keys getting stuck in his door lock, one of his cats somehow stuck on a tree), and George's department is the closests one to Max's apartment so they're the ones who keep answering his calls.

Except George is annoyed as fuck by this and so is his whole department, who beg George to just either turn max down or go on a date with him so they can be free from him 😭😭😭

Remember how Blue Zircon said she's an Era 2 Zircon ("4'000 years of service")?

Here's a fun little detail I noticed. Blue has hips. Yellow doesn't. Either this is an Era 2 feature and Yellow is Era 1, or one of them has a small physical defect. It's subtle, but it's there. Blue also has a slightly different shape to the flare in her bell bottoms and slightly more definition in her shoulder pads! So they're not dressed as identically as it seems at first!

saw the Max's Heineken ad again and I can't keep out of my head how fantastic he'd be as an actor in cinema au. He'd definitely get type cast as a villain, but the only thing he wants to do is being in a romcom😭😭😭 genuinely max verstappen acting skills >>>>>>

I kinda imagined a bunch of movies he's in and that he won awards for, made up a wikipage intro for him 😭 actor!max my beloved 🫶

in the au george is a director because everything has to be about gax, george casts max for his first romcom - which is supposed to be george's "big thing" for awards season.

I'm in a little bit of a mood today (when am I not) and I keep thinking about Davy Jones!Max with Calypso!George.

George not showing up on the day they could have seen each other, for which Max has waited ten years for. How insane Max must have gone, trying to give himself reasons for which he'd been stood up like that. Maybe he thinks George has been somehow injured, though highly unlikely given he holds control of the Sea itself. Why then, has George decided to leave him? To betray him in such horrible way, after the love they've shared and the promises George has made to him?

I find no struggle in seeing Max cutting his chest open to carve his heart out afterwards tbh. And Daniel being his First Official and man who's being by Max's side from the very begging, seeing Max destroying himself like this and letting the pain and devastation devour him without being able to do anything about it... the angst of it all

this kinda makes little sense but what can i say I'm going through it

If you can do the Blue AU, can you also do a Yellow AU, and a White AU, and a Pink AU with all three of them spin on it and a twist please?

Explaination for why I haven't+who's in this drawing under the pic!! (Fun fact! Ollie and Stephen's AUs share a human parent! Because I'm lazy and love Sunshine Justice!)

Uhh. Isn't canon a "Pink AU?". And while I have made concepts for a White AU way back in high school, I'd have to completely redesign it to match my adult-self's standards.

I already feel bad enough about the AUs I've abandoned (sorry, Ollie! I haven't drawn you in years!)

It takes a lot of thought and time and energy to come up with alternative storylines and twists and designs and such for each AU, even the ones that just keep the canon story but change the designs (which mine aren't). That's why most artists update their AUs either rarely or on schedules. I only have as much as I do because I've been mostly bedridden since I was seventeen.

So while I doubt a Yellow or Homeworld AU by me will ever exist beyond thumbnail sketches or that my White AU will see the light of day, I hope I can still make you feel better with this attempt at drawing my White! Steven and Ollie!
