Pecan Pie Cheesecake Fudge combines the flavors of pecan pie and cheesecake into a creamy and delicious holiday treat. It's perfect for gifting or serving at your Christmas gatherings.
Ingredients: 2 cups white chocolate chips. 1 cup sweetened condensed milk. 1/2 cup cream cheese. 1/2 cup chopped pecans. 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs. 1/4 cup light corn syrup. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Instructions: Put parchment paper around the edges of an 8x8-inch square baking pan, leaving some overhang to make it easy to take off later. Put white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a bowl that can go in the microwave. Add 30 seconds of heat at a time and stir the mixture every 30 seconds until it is smooth and melted. Add the cream cheese and mix it in well. Cracker crumbs, light corn syrup, vanilla extract, and salt should all be added. Mix until all the ingredients are spread out evenly. Put the fudge mix into the pan that has been prepared and spread it out evenly. Put the fudge in the fridge for at least two hours, or until it sets. When the fudge is set, use the extra parchment paper to lift it out of the pan and set it on a cutting board. Make little squares or bars out of the fudge. This Pecan Pie Cheesecake Fudge is delicious. Serve it up and enjoy it!
