This Keto Pumpkin Cheese Ball is a tasty low-carb snack that's great for any event. Salty seasonings, creamy pumpkin, sharp cheddar cheese, and crunchy pecans come together to make a tasty and festive snack.
Ingredients: 8 oz cream cheese, softened. 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree. 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup chopped pecans. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp onion powder. 1/4 tsp paprika. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Cream cheese and pumpkin puree should be mixed together in a bowl until the mixture is smooth. Mix in the grated Parmesan cheese, chopped pecans, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together well. Roll the mixture into a ball and cover it tightly with plastic wrap. Put the cheese ball in the fridge for at least an hour, or until it gets firm.
