An interesting way to make up on-the-spot stories based on random images. Thanks to Brooke Sheridan for the heads up.

Pechaflickr selects pictures from Flickr at random and displays them on the screen. Use this as a great ice breaker. Have someone in the audience try to imrov through the 20 (or whatever number you select) by linking the pictures together. This is a great way to get a laugh and to break the ice.
