Ingredients
60ml gin
45ml lemon juice
7ml sugar syrup
soda water
lemon peel for a twist
How to do Tom collins
Stir gin, juice & sugar syrup in a highball glass
Add plenty of ice cubes and soda water
Add a twist of lemon
Pierre Collins uses cognac instead of gin
