Decided to come home and visit my folks since I just needed family time (missing @ronjosenthal though!). I whipped up a sweet cakey omelette for a late breakfast once I got home! I took 4 egg whites, a spoonful of almond meal, stevia, baking powder, vanilla extract, and Vietnamese cinnamon. Cooked that up. And stuffed it with blackberries, raspberries, and a mixture of @waldenfarmsinternational pancake syrup and chunky PB (that I microwaved so that it was warm). #peeeeerfect #SweetOmelette
