Peepbeep lore dump time baby!!! Basically, Peepbeep in TRP is very much like Dr. Puppy from the source. He's completely unaware of what it's doing is wrong has basically been brainwashed by President Meat into thinking that cooking up paitents and serving them as meals is a "fun little game of pretend". Peepbeep doesn't get why people are afraid of him, it thinks that the screaming and suffering is just playing pretend. Not helping is that the staff around him (Mainly the Cafateria staff) are also forced to cook up people, so it sees this as perfectly okay.
