For marching band, I played in the pit (standstill percussion). In concert band, I played the bass clarinet. I can sort of play the saxophone, and trying but failing at the flute and bassoon. I want to learn the cello :]

Percussionists are awesome. People always forget about them and the importance of the percussion section.

I played the flute in band, and I am trying and failing at the baritone/euphonium. Everything's more expensive and inconvenient now because there's only a chamber orchestra club at school. It's so worth it, though, to be able to perform music in a group. =)
