Kimax Love Square Headcaons

I’ve been meaning to do this for a few weeks now, and I finally have time. The Kim and Max love square will undoubtedly become a thing once they get their Miraculouses and I am here to deliver because we are severely lacking. Alternative ship names I came up with are Pegasinge, Maxroi, and Pegakim. Anyways, on with the headcanons! Some of these are inspired by conversations I’ve had with @emdoddles

Kim becomes Roi Singe during Gamer 2.0 to save his BF and Max becomes Pegase in Startrain to help save his mom. 

Upon their first encounter as superheroes, they’re a bit confused about each other. Almost instantly after they part ways, Max realizes Kim is Roi Singe. 

Of course, he figures, only Kim of all people would argue with a literal god over the necessity of a cape within a supersuit. Max really doesn’t mind, though. He’s excited to be fighting crime with his boyfriend (even if he constantly makes monkey puns).

It takes Kim way longer to catch on that Max is Pegase. 

Pegase will say literally anything smart and Roi Singe says “You remind me a lot of my boyfriend.” and Pegase just stares into the camera like he’s on the Office.

Eventually, Max loses it. After an Akuma fight, he drags Kim to a secluded alleyway and destransforms in front of him.

“THERE! SEE?! It was me the whole time! I remind you of your boyfriend so much because I AM YOUR BOYFRIEND YOU MORON!” “I know. I just wanted to mess with you and see how long it would take until you went ape and revealed yourself.”  “......”

After that, Pegase and Moking become an official superhero/celebrity couple. Everybody ships it. The LGBTQ community of Paris is particularly fond of them.

Once everyone had escaped to the rooftops, Kim thout of it as the best time to transform. "How does it feel to get suckered in the head by your own partner?" Xuppu asked. "Yeah yeah, laugh it up." He said rubbing his head. "Max sure knows how to punch, that's for sure."

He’s so strong.” “How did I get stuck with you as a Holder?” Xuppu muttered. “Same way I got stuck with you as a Kwami. Xuppu, showtime!” Kim replied.
