Arley signs his lease and puts his easel out in the garden. Should be nice to paint outside while the weather is nice. Luckily, his neighbors are all around his age so he should have plenty of new friends to make!

Arley has arrived at the Tenements in the village to search for a house for himself. It’s not much but it’s within his budget, is a roof over his head and he has a nice little garden of his own to spend time in and get some fresh air!
Now that he’s left the Foundling House and is starting a new life, he has also decided on a name for himself. Meet Arley Peintour, artist in residence.
