A couple of delivery boys, Pracks and Peks!
Pracks is a seagull Aarakocra who serves directly under Lord Aurithax and of the few privileged to see his mortal and dragon forms. A laid back kind of guy that takes his job seriously. He delivers letters to the nobility on both sides making sure they get there promptly and safely. Along with deliveries to the nobility, on occasion he delivers letters to outside the two countries usually for those from Cormyr. He has visited the tower a few times delivering missives from Ixal's mother and Lord Aurithax. He's always accompanied by (and carrying) his fellow royal delivery man, Peks.
Like Pracks, Peks directly serves under Lord Xazorath. He's a stoic and level headed red-scaled kobold. He is often riding on top of Pracks when the two are making deliveries and carries the mail of nobility from Cormanthor. Despite Pracks and Peks' different allegiances, the two are actually good friends. Both carry a special bag of holding used to carry mail and packages specifically.
The two work together intending to be a neutral party that delivers mail between the two countries for high ranking individuals. This was a mutual agreement between the two dragons as a means to keep on eye on each other. Both understand that any suspicious mail and activity will be alerted to each other as a means to avoid subterfuge or illicit activity.
