Today I'm boiling myself some khinkali. Not original Georgian ones, though. More like... like pelmeni, but bigger. With broth inside. Got the fattest sour cream I could find for them too. Yummm🤭

Fifty rubles, "Stolichnye" dumplings, Friday. Life's good.
Dinner is served. Yeah, the plate's dirty, the stove's a mess, ketchup straight from the packet. Not a restaurant, I know. But I'm good.
Was thinking about something. Life is like a pack of cheap frozen dumplings. They look all nice and neat in the package, just like homemade ones. Then you boil them and realize: cardboard with cotton. Empty. Can't even eat them without ketchup.
Same with my life. Everything seems decent, tidy, all in order. But without the "additives" - Friday beer, music turned up loud, stupid photos on Tumblr - it's kinda bland. Just grey mass. Ketchup adds some color, you know.
Anyway, dumped some sauce on my dumplings, chilling. It's all good. Not fancy, but it's real.
Where would you and a friend go?

the fruits of my our labor
No I did not make the bad ones (<-lying)
no I cannot pronounce them I’m trying but it’s not working
my aunt is tired of trying to teach me how to pronounce them
she settled on “Siberian dumplings” 😭😭
even if these don’t look good they taste amazing
