I decided I needed a pen case for my craft bag so that I could contain all my pens and not have to go searching for them in the depths. I also decided that my plain handsewing needed work, so the whole thing is handsewn. Made out of a scrap of cotton batik I've had for years. It took maybe two hours? I didn't time it because I just worked on it in scraps of time, which seems fitting.

My cute little pencil case came, only a few dollars from eBay and I'm super impressed! The lining is a little bigger than the exterior but the zip works great!
