myfitnesspal’s so good at giving you a sense of accomplishment and keeping you on track, like sometimes when it’s like ‘this food is high in protein, good job’ or whatever its just the cutest thing, i fricking love it

it actually is the cutest thing and it’s so helpful like when I have 300 cals left or something then i can look at nutrition and see what type of food I should eat and it records water and exercise and adjusts the cals for you and yeah it’s just so helpful. it’s just the sort of motivation I need.
