well basically, a while ago, pictures were coming out of Colin at the vic theaters 24 hour musical, in which he played a flamboyant gay man and wore tightish pink sweatpants. Because of that, there was a picture in which Colins penis bulge was apparent, and people kind of went nuts over it… and it became the penis situation. I dont really know much about it since i wasn’t really part of making all the jokes, but it was REALLY funny and it seems that Colin is pretty well endowed so thats a good thing?
