Penitentiary Marie

File Nr. 2610 Name: Marie Lycanwing Special Security Sector Charges: 2 accounts of manslaughter, destruction of property, and disturbing the peace. Marie's mental health had already deteriorated but slowly got worse after the events of IGBP throwing the Mushroom Kingdom into anarchy and making everything unpredictable with each new temporary ruler.

After an uncomfortable event pushed her past her breaking point, she suffered a mental breakdown and lost control of her powers. Having no one to console her, her breakdown triggered her to transform into a Skrill, destroying her house and accidentally killing Okra in the process. The guilt of what she'd done weighed heavy on her once she was finally caught, especially after realizing she killed her best friend. And so, she went with the police willingly, not wanting to hurt anyone again. After a while of being stuck in her cell she started seeing Okra again running and flying around. It made her feel a little better and got her to talk more again, even if Okra was only in her mind. Eventually, she came to the conclusion that she was never meant to be trapped in a cell the rest of her life, especially not with her power. She figured she could live as a wild dragon away from society seeing as they would never accept her after everything she'd done. And so, a new escape plan was concocted each time, but each time she was caught, new improvements would be added to her cell to prevent her from escape. The penitentiary's newest improvement is the use of a dragon proof metal muzzle and cuffs along with thick steel plating to prevent tunneling out. Despite these caveats, however, she'll keep trying and trying until she's free of this miserable place...
