both are actually really hard for me? i tend to laugh and look away and just. avoid it? but, to be honest, both are. well, maybe more so them telling me how they feel.

well, i'm an anxious person, so i would probably call ashley or my mom and freak the fuck out and cry a bunch. then i'd probably just spend as much time with my family as i can? for the most part, i'd be scared out of my mind.

i just really want to find out what i'm good at and find a job/career i'd love and actually want to do every day. i'd also wish for a smokin' hot body and perfect hair, teeth, skin, etc. lmao, so maybe i'm a bit shallow, but whatever. mostly, i just want to find a sense of direction/purpose, i guess.

i firmly believe in carrie bradshaw's view of soulmates. "maybe our girlfriends are our soul mates, and guys are just people to have fun with." in this case, josh happens to be one of my "girlfriends." i've known josh going on... five years?! holy shit, that's a long time, but it's true. and we've been through a lot of shit together, good and bad. mostly good. and he's just a rock solid person. dependable, honest, funny. and we are really similar in a lot of ways. we tend to view the world in the same way, and have very similar personalities. and when we met last august, i was terrified that we would hate each other. that we wouldn't get along and it would be awkward. but it wasn't. it was so fun (despite the fact that he got fucking chicken pox, what a loser) and the best thing ever. and he might be coming this way again later on this year which is super fucking exciting (but not set in stone). in short, josh is one of the best guys in the entire fucking world and everyone should love on him.
