Jammu, July 01: Student wing of NCP under the leadership of Prominent Social Activist and National Executive Council Member Er. Rishi Kaul Kilam while showing anguish and concern on the death of more than 35 passengers in a bus accident at Keshwan Kishtwar termed it sad shocking and alarming.
Er. Rishi said after the deaths of innocent people the admistration orders for conducting of probe and enquiry but never takes the matter seriously and try to look for the basic cause of accidents.
Er. Rishi added that the condition of bad and rough roads, overloading is one of the causes of these frequent accidents. The traffic department is partly responsible for the negligence in their duties and have become white elephants for the concerned department.
The student wing of NCP while showing solidarity with the breavered families said that it is most unfortunate that the previous PDP-BJP alliance never during their worst ever tenure cared for development and left the roads in bad condition in the state resulting in day to day road accidents.
Er. Rishi appealed the honble governor to take the development matters seriously and not to make the people of the state to suffer.
