Bimbotech had decided to try something new, and so they’d purchased a cruise ship, and filled it with their tech, and staffed it with the bimbos they’d kept, to make a cruise that could turn women into bimbos as they relaxed on it. Thus, the Bliss Cruise was born.
All that had to happen was the person that wanted somebody turned into a bimbo paid to get a spot for them on the ship, and the soon-to-be-bimbo would “win” a free trip on the cruise, and minor mind control would make them unable to say no to the trip. Either that, or the person that wanted a bimbo could just buy two tickets - one for a bimbo, the other for the bimbo’s owner (the bimbo’s ticket was more expensive, though, seeing as work had to be done on them while the owner just got to relax), and go on the cruise with them. Most people just sent their bimbos off on their own and enjoyed them when they got back, though.
Occasionally, the people that worked at Bimbotech picked people to invite all on their own...and then kept them.
