Soda Cookie and Peppermint Cookie see each other as brothers and here's some Headcanons about it

Soda taught Peppermint how to swim. Peppermint was used to simply riding on top of the whale when in the water, but Soda insisted he learn how just in case he fell off

Soda can not ride the whale to save his life. Peppermint summoned it once to repay Soda for teaching him how to swim, saying it would be the best surf of his life, but the moment that whale lifted him into the air, Soda was screaming and calling for Peppermint to put him back on the ground

Peppermint doesn't mind heights and neither does Soda, but only when he's surfing and is distracted by the waves. If you put Soda too high off the ground, he's gonna cling to you very tightly

Soda is Polynesian (or would be if he was human) and taught Peppermint a few words and phrases in his native tongue. They can hold a small conversation and Peppermint is always ready to learn new things, but he sometimes has to remind Soda what the English words are for things

If you harass Peppermint, Soda isn't afraid to break his surfboard over your neck

At first, Peppermint was apprehensive to the idea of Soda calling him brother and his friendship in general, but after Soda saved him from drowning at the cost of his precious surfboard, Peppermint became a little more open to it

The new cookie and pet to go along with the new season are Peppermint Candy Cookie and Sailor Paper Boat! Their treasure is “Peppermint Candy Cookie’s Letter in a Glass Bottle”, while the pet’s treasure is “Sailor Paper Boat’s Folder Paper Anchor”. Peppermint Candy’s unlock is reaching level 74.

Their ability is, after a green bar fills up, to use their conch to summon a whale. You can also use dolphins to collect jellies. Here is a video of their gameplay.

This cookie was made with many peppermint leaves grown with sea rain in a village at the mouth of a river, to have a clean and cool taste. They’re always dreamy-eyed as they gaze into the distance, the big eyes give the illusion of looking into the deep sea. Always in deep thought, this cookie gives off more and more of a mysterious aura. Using the conch they always carry, they can summon the one whom they’ve traveled with for a long time, the Peppermint Whale, who spurts cool water. Every day ebbs and flows like a tide, and while not great, consistency is what Peppermint Candy Cookie values best. A peaceful, happy smile is consistent.
