The girl turns to look after her friend, hands dropping the dress as she stretches her arms out. "Can I have a hug now?"
He chuckles softly and rolls his eyes. He's not sure it's such a good idea because the beach fronts are always cold as it is, hugging him would probably freeze her, but that's never proved a problem before so he gives in and steps over to meet her outstretches arms, wrapping his own around her.
She stays quiet, hands gripping the dress and holding it up so she can walk through the sand and let the wind caress her legs. Sometimes she finds herself believing that Jongdae is way too nice to her.
He continues watching the ocean for a moment before he turns to her and follows behind her a few steps, dodging the shoreline with nimble footsteps.
She taps his nose with her index finger and grins. "This is beautiful." Of course, she means the beach and the dance and all, considering what of hyper kid she is it must be hard to keep up at times.
"Yeah," he lingers his gaze on her for a moment before he looks up to watch the ocean climb the shore-line. It's a comforting noise and Jongdae feels himself relax; he's the opposite to her. He's generally the definition of placid, and it's moments like this that he soaks up, when everything is as calm and peaceful as the sea is now. "It is."
She spins around careless if the flowers will fall out of place, a wide smile playing her features as she stops to press a kiss against his cheek. "One of the many I appear to owe you."
He watches her spin with a smile, stopping as she does and blinks when she kisses his cheek, tilting his head with a raised brow, letting the music pick up the silence that the lack of their laughs took up as they stop their dancing for a moment, and he continues to smile. "Thanks."
Persephone's hair is easily resting on her shoulders and chest, blonde curls moving along with her body and its supple steps in the sand. The music reaches them and goes well along with their dance and before she knows of it, she has pulled him along in a dance filled of joy and laugher, spinning and contact.
He smiles and laughs along with it; at some point along the way his socks and shoes are lost and he feels the grains of sand tease the bottom of his feet as he prances about the beach in her dance, lifting his arm to spin her around.
She chuckles, "Ah yes it'd be my pleasure." The zenith of her soft fingers brushes against his palm before she places her hand in his and takes another step forward, the other hand being gently held on top of his shoulder. Dancing on the beach felt better than what she had expected.
He smiles as he straightens his back, letting her hand sit delicately in his as his other wraps around her body, resting neatly on her back. The music plays out over the beach, met with the orchestra of the ocean, and Jongdae pulls Persephone into the first step, her lithe body easy to guide through the dance, albeit needlessly.
