My husband needed my computer for a bit which left me needing to look productive and try and pretend I wanted to write (IYKYK). So I had my notebook and pen and I just...started outlining the new chapters I want to include in this draft, plot points I need to emphasize, character development, a totally new scene that fits so well with my chaotic characters...It was a glorious 30-45 minutes of me getting back to my project.

Tip of the day: Write by hand! Or at least take notes and outline by hand, let yourself have a stream of consciousness as you work.
