THEME 13 BY WIFIVIBES, AKA MY OLD THEME C: yay a lot of people wanted me to post this, so here you go guys c: I made the wave and the paint swipe optional, incase anyone didnt want them or they didnt match their colour scheme! and this theme has 5 sidebars, different one on refresh, so make sure to put in sidebars for each one or nothing will show up!!!! I really really love this theme tbh, and posting this is kinda hard for me, idk. </3 ok ya, so enjoyyyyyy!!!!
