Penetrating eyes

To achieve this effect, you will need: Matte cover with medium coverage ✔ Matte or translucent powder for skin finish ✔ Blushing pink ✔ Pink eyeshadow for smoky eyelid with a darker neutral color in the concave ✔ Eyebrow lighting ✔ Smoky black outlines with rosé shade at the bottom of the eyes ✔ Fine outline with black pencil (or eyeliner) around the eyes ✔ Apply rosé eyeshadow to the lower inner corner of the eyes ✔ Black outline for upper waterline and lower eyes ✔ Finish your eyes with mascara on your upper and lower lashes ✔ Choose a lipstick in shades of pink, it can be matte or sparkling according to your taste.
