Jody didn’t think she’d see Roderick again after that really, really strange date they had. First she cried at him, then she disappeared to almost bleed to death in the restaurant bathroom and then she left because, well, she was drenched in blood for no apparent reason. 

But she texted him and he actually replied. The sound she made was not supposed to happen, she wasn’t one of those girls.. women. She was tough, she was a cop.

Crowley is not and has never been a heavy sleeper, not even in his human life. Now, sleep is rare, not because he doesn’t enjoy it, but because he doesn’t need it. The demon slowly opens his eyes when the bed shifts, raising an eyebrow at the other. “Hello darling.” He purrs, voice thick with sleep.

Jody had tried to be quiet on her feet and careful as she slipped into bed, but apparently not even that could keep her from waking up Crowley. She smiled a little, laying down next to him, on her side so she could look at him properly. “Honey, I’m home?” She smiled, curling against his side.

It was a lot more fun than being human. None of that humanity to haunt him and his previous actions. No one could blame him for enjoying that. And the many other pleasures that come with this.

       However, he was aware that the new him was strongly disliked         by many. His brother included. So he was aware of the battles        that he would be facing in order to keep this luxury.

Ferne was a determined being and she had been pretty set on never hunting again but after she’d taken that swan dive off a tall bridge and lived - she realized she had more to offer than to get high and deal out jobs to hunters, taking a deep breath she lifted her eyes,  “do you know where the colt is?” she questioned, it wasn’t like she expected a straight answer; or an answer at all. Part of her knew that there was a probability she’d never find it and just keep doing this job till it killed her, but maybe it’d be worth it if she even got close to finding out who killed her family.
