☀️ Starting today, I will mention every picture of mine as an advertisement because according to the latest statutory guidelines, every picture where you can see the name of the brand is an #advertisement. So, that means, that all products you purchase for YOUR own cash and write your opinions about are advertisements. It gets even cooler, every giveaway is an advertisement too and the moment you decide to take part in it, your picture becomes an advertisement as well. By the way, you don´t even need a product being placed on it. Using a hashtag of a giveaway makes it an ad. In my case, wearing something and not tagging the brand is ok until the moment, when any follower asks me where I bought it. Just giving in the comment section the name of the brand makes it an ad. You´ve got to be kidding me, right?! Yeah to the bureaucracy! The best part is that the biggest ones on social media don´t suffer that much because they have lawyers. It only screws the small folks! Another yeah to the democracy! ⠀ ☀️ Начиная с сегодняшнего дня, я буду обозначать каждую фотографию на моем профиле как #реклама , так как в соответствии с новыми законами, каждая фотография, на которой можно найти имя бренда, я вляется рекламой. Даже если вы покупаете что-то за свой счет и потом пишете честный обзор, это уже реклама. Дальше больше, розыгрыши тоже считаются рекламой и если вы решите принять участие в таковом, это тоже будет рекламой. На фото может быть просто природа, но одного хештега уже будет достаточно. В моем случае, так уж сложилось, что я часто выставляю аутфиты, даже отвечая кому-то в комментариях, какой марки та или иная вещь, я превращаю свой пост в рекламу. Правда бренды не знают о таких "коллаборациях". Звучит, как дурацкая шутка!
