Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 35 minutes Ingredients: -3 tbsp of Vegan Butter -1 cup of Brown Sugar -2 Large Brown Organic Eggs -2 tsp Vanilla Extract -½ cup of Pumpkin Puree -1 ½ cup of All Purpose Flour -1 tsp Allspice -2 tsp Baking Powder -1 tsp Cinnamon -1 tsp Nutmeg -Dash of Salt -2 ½ cups of Rolled Oats -1 cup of Raisins Steps: -Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. -In a large bowl, whisk your butter, sugar, & eggs. -Add your pumpkin puree & vanilla.
