( without excess description you manage to encapsulate and communicate his inherent tenderness and concern for those closest to him. in addition, there’s those accents of concealed dorkiness in casual interactions that i adore and appreciate so much? you do a splendid job depicting and detailing all aspects of his character without favoring one component over another. and, honestly, that balance extends to your entire interpretation? you’ve accomplished and manage an outstanding equipoise [2] ) ( in your characterization of shiro that’s no less exceptional than your numerous other wonderful interpretations. it would seem that history does indeed repeat itself because your standard in quality hasn’t lessened in the slightest. ♡ [3/3] )

She’s radiant– he’s admired her since her return, truly, admired her strength of person, her mysterious aura, her quick wit and sharp tongue– and, most importantly, her choice in memes.

   Leo presses a chaste kiss to her forehead, smile widening as he looks down at her and holds her. He would do anything for her, and he knows it, and it’s very likely she, too, knows it.

abalone:what kind of situations compromise my muse emotionally

;; Large social situations stress Subaki out. He’s shy and slightly antiscoial, so events like balls and dinners make him feel compromised. Subaki would prefer to stand off to the side and watch everybody have their fun, but, as a retainer, he believes it’s his duty to socialize perfectly at events. This often leaves him stressed, tired, and melancholy by the end of the night. He can’t take many social gatherings in a row, so he’ll often fake sickness to get out of social situations.

aquamarine:where my muse feels most calm/relaxed

;; Subaki, in the current way I play him, feels most calm when he’s riding his pegasus, Camellia. It gives him a sense of freedom and allows him to forget about having to be perfect. However, I believe that if Subaki meets somebody and develops and strong emotional connection with them, he might feel even more relieved in their presence.

chalcedony:the saddest my muse has ever been

;; Subaki doesn’t often get sad. However, he’s (obviously) beat himself up many a time about falling off his pegasus the first time he met Sakura and Hana. It’s silly for it to be the saddest he’s ever been, I know, but it’s heavily impacted how he thinks people-especially Sakura and Hana-perceive him. He sees that moment as one of his greatest failures.

( tbh i harbor tremendous respect for anyone willing to take on corrin/kamui, be they m/f, custom/not. & your kamui is no exception! your appreciation of&for momui is more than manifest & it gladdens me to see you devoting the time&attention that such relationships merit but hadn't been allotted in canon. & it is w/o a doubt that these relationships shall only become more elaborate & profound given additional time so please! never cease in the passion that you demonstrate for her at present! ♡ )

( has only become more outstanding with time? my anticipation for your growth as a writer & your development of laslow’s character cannot be put into words, it’s so immense. just know that i shall always be cheering you on & should you ever need a word of reassurance, then you can count on this little plant to absorb the C2O toxicity that is your disbelief in your own quality & photosunnythesize it into sum Good Ole O2 so as to restore your confidence in your own considerable ability. ♡ )

( this is so late but at the same time it’s never too late to rant about how awesome the gigi is so here we go. our unsolicited & semi-unrequired reminder that gigi is [Tony the Tiger voice] gggggggrrrreat & a gift upon this earth & the reason why this reminder isn’t necessary is because gigi’s presence & posting on the dash is enough to remind us of how wonderful they are as an artist, an author, a roleplayer, an analyst (Ryouma Discourse 101 by our resident Ryouma Expert, Gigi) & person. )

( you put so much effort in your comprehending & portraying him & that’s so admirable? for instance, it had been just last night that you had been rewatching a playthrough of revelations for the sole purpose of reviewing the dialogue (be it his or dialogue in discussion of him) & furthering your understanding of him? nothing had prompted this; no one had been actively conversing with you about it; it was just something you Did so that you may better be able to depict him? & i love it. )

RE: LAST NIGHT THO tbh it was sort of? in response to what’s actively going on in the thread wynne started off with but! at the same time I probably could’ve gone through the motions without doing that all in the same, however i admittedly really rushed through revelation the first time, partially to make sure i knew what was happening because this blog was in its infacy @ the time; and also because i, ironically, wanted to get to the ryoma and xander interactions. 

Still tho it means a lot that people see this and appreciate it so much writing out my thoughts in such a manner helps me articulate & calcify what im thinking; that other people see worth in it is such a nice bonus. ;;
