So I just watched the scorch trials and like holy shit it was amazing! Everything flowed so well and I just.. I literally have no words to describe how I feel about it ughh.. okay well the easter egg, i suppose i should post this publicly because a lot of others will probably be wondering as well. i’ll put it under a read more.
okay so the easter egg, so you all remember in the maze runner with the graveyard scene right?? and where Thomas stumbles upon a grave that says “George”. well in the scorch trials, Brenda apparently has a brother and thomas asks what her brothers name was and she says “George, he was taken from me when i was little and i didnt even get to say goodbye” HE MUST HAVE BEEN ABOUT THE SAME AGE AS THOMAS RIGHT, WELL OK
I ASKED WES BALL AT THE SCREENING IF THEY WERE THE SAME PEOPLE AND HE SAID “i dont know, but u remember the comic book…. yeah” and TS Nowlin said “10 points for you!” and Rosa was just confused and had no idea what we were talking about haha
