⋅ These two have a very open but lowkey relationship. They have a very comfortable vibe with one another. Compared to the other relationships, these two find a quiet comfort with one another. Taeil tends to look out for her but it is not as obvious as some of the other members. He'll make sure she is taken care of and always offer her a shoulder to lean on. This has led to her seaking him out when she just needs to get comfort through physical touch. He will always open his arms for her and he never tries to make her talk.
⋅ As one of the older members, he has a better understanding of Perrie and her BPD. He may not be someone to verbally pull her back or comfort her, but he is very good at seeing the signs that indicate something is wrong with her. Usually if he can, he can manage to help bring her into a better headspace - sometimes with a good cuddle or other times he just lets her say what she needs to say. However, there are rare times where Perrie is in a bad headspace and this is when he will get the other members who are better equipped to help her - like Johnny, Yuta, Doyoung, Jeno, or Haechan.
⋅ Perrie has a hard time sleeping and she tends to take power naps rather than sleep through an entire night, but Taeil is one member who she can sleep well with. This tends to be because the two of them tend to nap together so he know how to get her to relax and she feel comfortable enough to fully relax around him.
⋅ As the oldest member, Perrie finds him as a safe place and has a certain amount of respect for him. He doesn't act like he is older or that he needs to be in charge, but rather accepts however Perrie is acting and the majority of the time he acts as a friend. In turn, she tries to convey how she feels, but verbal affection is quite hard for her so she tries to covey her affection through physical affection or acts of service.

⋅ Johnny is the one member Perrie has know longer than anyone else. Perrie joined the company when she was ten in 2009 and by then Johnny was already a trainee. While they may not have gotten close right away, they were some of the only foreigners. Johnny especially, once he heard she was coming, he was planning on trying to meet her because he knew how it felt to come to a whole new country. There were communication errors given the fact that Perrie only spoke a little English and even less Korean, but that did not deter him. As Perrie got better at both their friendship grew.
⋅While they were trainees, Perrie stuck to his side whenever she could. She always believed that it was annoying, but she couldn't stop because she started to see him as an older brother / father figure since he took care of her. Johnny never really got annoyed by this and did not mind whenever Perrie stuck by him.
⋅ He was actually the first person outside of her family, to learn about her diagnoses. However, even before he knew he was always the one who stood up for Perrie or helped her out whenever she needed it. When he learned about her condition, he actually learned about it in his own time in order to better understand. As a result, he was the one Perrie would usually talk to about whatever she was feeling. With him knowing, Perrie felt much more comfortable to be herself around him.
⋅Perrie has always been especially playful around him - a lot more compared to the way she acts with the other members. This has actually been pointed out by the others as well and they have stated how if some of them played with him the way Perrie did they would be hit (jokingly of course). Perrie treats him almost how a child would with their dad or older brother. She is much more joking around him and can be straight up annoying. This is mainly because she was never able to play like this with her father and she did not have any siblings so shes treating him like that instead. Johnny realizes that she treats him differently and accepts it because he know about her past and that that is how she expresses she comfortable with him. He is also rather playful and teasing with her, but if he think another member is going to far with her, he will be the first one to act and say something.
⋅ These two have a very in-depth understanding of one another and this has led to Perrie listening to him. Whenever Perrie is acting up or her BPD is causing her to think negatively, he will be the one to confront her or distract her. Him and Taeyong work together to help lessen mistranslations between Perrie and anyone else. Johnny is usually the one to confront Perrie whenever she is being unreasonable, whereas Taeyong will clear up any mistranslations that may have occurred. When it comes to Johnny, she is able to listen to him better and understands that he is saying what he is to help her not make things worse. If anyone else tried to do this, Perrie can tend to get very defensive.

Whipped #1. Taeyong was one of the people who Perrie naturally gravitated to when she met him. Whereas most people were intimidated by him, Perrie found a sense of security. Taeyong always watched out for Perrie and offered her help whenever she needed it. Perrie has taken advantage of this (but not in a negative way). Taeyong was one person who was always okay with physical affection and as a result Perrie ended up being very affectionate to him in order to showcase her appreciation.
When he found out about Perrie's diagnoses from both her and Johnny, he promised himself and Perrie that he would do everything in his ability to help her and make her as comfortable as possible. As a result he has kind of become a sounding board for her and other people. He knows that miscommunication can happen often and he always tries to fix this so that nothing gets lost in translation. He lets Johnny point out any mistakes Perrie may have made, and he tries to clear everything up so that Perrie and anyone else involved can figure things out.
He is one of the members who has been most active in helping her out, especially with her emotions. He never says anything about her mood changes but rather tries to help out anyway that can. Even if that means losing sleep to go over a dance she thinks is not good but is actually perfect, let her talk about anything that is bothering her, cook some of her favorite food, watch her favorite show with her (Doctor Who) even if he doesn't like it. He knows she gets embarrassed about this but he always assures her that he doesn't mind as long as it helps her.
The two tend to gravitate towards one another especially whenever hard time are near - like scandals, insecurities - or anything else. Mentally they end up helping each other out a lot because both of them understand the feelings of constantly being judged - given the fact that these two are the ones with the most scandals and haters.
Around the time of debut, the two were actually very popular for their ship. Especially in 2018 and 2019. However, since then the two have naturally grown apart. They both had separate schedules and did not have a lot of time for one another. It wasn't anything personal but just something that happened gradually. It upset many fans but since her comeback with Punch many people have noticed that the two have slowly becoming close once again, which excited many of them.
The two of them do spend a lot of time in the recording studio as well as the dance studio. Many pictures have been taken of them in shops or convenience stores at 2am. They also have many similar hobbies like clothing and fashion. They share a lot of ideas with one another. He is also one of the first members she send a new song to since his opinion means a lot to her.

Whipped #2. Honestly there is nothing Perrie cannot get from Yuta. Anything she want, she gets. Perrie is someone who soaks up Yuta's affection regardless of what kind it is. Yuta and Perrie have a very close relationship and Perrie really trust him. While Perrie is slowly learning to express herself in a healthy way, there are still parts of her the embarass her or worry her, but with Yuta she feel comfortable enough to show/talk about the worse parts of her personality. While deep in her mind she know none of her members would judge her, Yuta is the only one where there is little to no doubt about anything.
He is someone who is almost always honest and don't skirt around certain topics and while to some people, some of the things he said could be seen as rude or seen as something that could possibly trigger Perrie, his honesty actually makes her more secure. She knows he says what he means and she trust what he says. However, it wasn't always like this. At the beginning they were both quite awkward around one another - mainly because of communication errors - and their opinions clashes sometimes. It wasn't until they actually talked and understood one another that their relationship improved. While others tried to comfort Perrie or tried to spare her feelings, he was direct but he still made sure to not be fully rude.
Yuta, like a lot of the older members, take care of her. While the others focus on making sure there is no miscommunication and to fix situations, Yuta is there to hype her up and cheer her up. They are constantly compliments each other. Yuta has stated multiple times that her voice is one of his favorite. Whereas Perrie might not be comfortable with verbal affection but when it comes to complimenting his dancing or voice she is always the first. Along with Johnny, Doyoung, Jaehyun, and lowkey Haechan, he is in the Perrie Protection squad. He is always one of the first to say something when she is uncomfortable.
They are very spontaneous with one another and tend to do a lot of things together. She got the majority of her piercings and tattoos with him. He is also the one she talks to before getting a tattoo and she makes sure that he stops her from getting one until she has thought about for a long while. They have matching piercings. They have also met each others families and spent the night at each others house.
There relationship, while it seems very physically based, it actually one of the most open, honest, and caring friendships. Both of them found a safe place to be a 100 percent themselves. They balance one another out. Yuta will drag her out and do something social if she has been cooped up for too long and Perrie is able to calm Yuta down. They like to do many things together, like go to amusement parks, miniature golf, or even just have intimate conversations later in the night.

These two have a relationship that confuses people. One moment the two will be doting on one another but then the next they're teasing one another. However, their teasing is not as common as it is with the other members because Perrie doesn't tease people a lot because she is scared to go to far and Doyoung, well, he is always the one getting teased. They do bicker though. However, Doyoung is known for being the one who scolds her the most. It is like how an older brother would scold their younger sister. Sometimes it is over small and stupid stuff like if her clothing is showing a bit of skin, if she is eating right, etc. Basically all of this comes from a place of love.
Doyoung is very protective of Perrie. He is protective because he knows the Perrie is quite sensitive and can get hurt easily, and he wants to prevent that. He tends to handle situations that can cause Perrie discomfort. Perrie is remarkably busy and Doyoung will usually send her a text or do something small to cheer her up. He is also one of the members who really helped Perrie learn Korean and is very patient with her when he is helping her translate or understand something.
He also spoils her rotten. They have a deal that they made when they first met. If she asks for it in Korean, she can get it. This was mainly to help her with her Korean but as time went on, it was also to help her feel more comfortable asking for things without worrying or feeling self conscious. Although, the majority of the time he will buy her stuff with her even asking for it.
Doyoung and Perrie tend to visit one another a lot, especially when it comes to recordings. At first, it was because the two tended to always be scheduled together but it soon became a habit. Its to the point that even when they are not promoting with one another, they will still stop by the studio just to listen to one another. They prefer to do this for each other because they give very honest advice to each other when asked for suggestions or anything they could do better.
These two tend to stay home together, especially when the other members go out. They both usually prefer staying in to going out so when all of the other members are out, the two of them will just relax together and watch movies or dramas while snacking. They have a very comfortable relationship with one another where they can calm down from the life of being an idol who is constantly in the public eye.

They are literally each others baby. They are very affectionate and doting on one another. Their relationship comes off as a romantic one but everything between them is completely platonic. They are constantly cuddling each other, kissing, compliments, etc. Both can come across as very flirty but NCT members and NCTzens all know that there is nothing to it besides close friends being affectionate. The two of them can get a bit cheeky with one another and in the end it always leaves the two in a mess of giggles.
Despite the physical affection, Jungwoo holds a deep admiration of Perrie. Even though he is older, he has stated that he thinks that qualities Perrie has are what makes a person a true idol and a great person. Honest, hardworking, openminded, true to herself, constantly improving, etc. He is very verbal about his affection for her. On the other hand, Perrie is always trying to keep him happy because she doesn't want him to have insecurities like he did when he was a trainee.
While everyone has insecurities, the two of them seem to have a lot of deeply rooted ones that are hard to get over. Jungwoo tends to be more open about them and Perrie is always willing to listen to them. He also likes to let her know that he is always willing to listen to her whenever she needs someone. Perrie appreciates it and is trying to showcase that but it is not easy for her.
When it comes to being herself, it is something very easy for Perrie to do when she is around Jungwoo because he has such an easy going personality. Whenever Perrie is being in an exceptionally hyper or good mood, Jungwoo will tend to match her energy. Part of this may be the fact that he is constantly complimenting her and giving her verbal affirmation. While all the members support her, they tend to be more affectionate or lowkey, whereas Jungwoo is very verbal about it and his affection for her.
Whenever the two of them travel - whether they are together or not - they always end up buying something for the other. In fact the majority of Perrie's plushies and blankets come from him. At first, he was the one who bought her stuff but then Perrie started doing it for him. As a result it became their own sort of tradition

Korea's Foreign Princess and Everyone's first love have a very close relationship. Whipped #3. He is the member who just goes completely soft for her. Other people may have a hard time getting his attention or affection, but Perrie can get it just by breathing. It may have taken a while for them to get close, but once they did, they quickly became an inseparable pair. He takes care of her in a lowkey way. Whenever he or the rest of the members are going out, he always asks if she wants to come, or he may bring home food for her if he went out with someone else.
He tends to stay by her side and give her silent support. He leaves the more obvious acts of affection and support to the other members, but he is always next to her and giving her a hand to hold or a shoulder to rest on. Even when he is not next to her, people can easily catch him keeping an eye on her. The same goes for Perrie. She tends to seek him, especially if they are in more public settings where she can get uncomfortable quite easily.
Since he tends to keep a close eye on her, he has come to learn subtle cues about when she is uncomfortable or something is bothering her. He can tell better than anyone else, when she is hungry, hurt, tired, overthinking, etc. The two of them truly know each other like the back of their hands.
When it comes to being in public, the two of them can be very teasing. They like to show affection and make people question the two of them. They get enjoyment out of seeing people freak out of nothing. However, it is also a chance for the two of them to be affectionate. Its not uncommon to see them hugging or holding each other somehow. They are also usually paired up in photoshoot.
When it comes to eating, Jaehyun and Perrie tend to eat together a lot. Jaehyun always tries to make sure to eat with Perrie so that he know she is eating because he knows she struggles with her weight. They actually have a Vlive show together which is basically them cooking or trying new food. This originally started because they were bored one day but then people eventually came to really like it. Jaehyun actually really enjoys this because they tried to do it once a week so it gives him an excuse to make sure she is eating right.

The two have a very soft relationship. The two seem very different, but they actually are very similar. Both are rather introverted and have a hard time communicating feelings, but they still show their relationship through mutual things. Since they are both foreigners, they tend to find comfort within one another, especially during interviews or variety shows. It was not uncommon to see the two of them in their own conversation in the background.
Their first meet was kind of rough given the fact that miscommunication happened a lot, but they quickly learned other ways to communicate and understand one another. He has said he really appreciated the effort Perrie went into in order to try and talk with him. She also learned Chinese in order to better the chances of them talking. Dancing was one of the main ways that two strengthened their friendship. They both have very similar styles and have made up countless routines together that many people are still asking for. They both describe this time as a personal experience so they are in no rush to let other people see their dances.
Like all of the other members, he knows about Perrie's BPD. However, compared to the other 127 members they spend the least amount of time together so he is not as privy to some of her ticks or triggers as the other members. They both realize this and even if Perrie's emotions get out of control or she says something that hurt him, once her mind is clear she always tries to talk to him and they figure out what went wrong - sometimes with the help of the others. He wished he could help or do more whenever things get worse, but he did not think he could comfort her as well as the others, or he thought he would make things worse.
Perrie is a person who heavily depends on skinship to showcase her admiration or feelings for a person. Whereas Winwin is not always comfortable with skinship, so this was a bump in the road for Perrie. She wanted to show his importance to her but she did not know how because she was scared to come off to clingy or annoying since she knew of his distaste for affection. After Winwin learned this, he has slowly been opening himself up to more skinship but only from her - which many of the member jokingly complain about. However it is never serious.
Nowadays they do not see each other as much, but they still try to talk as often as they can. They meet up at the studio the majority of the time.
Perrie is also very close to fighting SM because of their mistreatment of him. Not just when it comes to his lines but also them stopping him from pursing acting which is something Winwin has talked to her about really wanting to try. Knowing how impulsive Perrie can be people are just waiting for her to speak up.

Literally if there was ever a picture next to the words "Best Friends" it would be the two of them. The two of them truly understand one another and what they are going through - especially when it comes to their work life. Mark was the first one Perrie met that was around her age at SM. Therefore because they were the same age, they experienced just about everything together from school, to trainee life, puberty, etc. To Perrie there is a sense of ease with him compared to the other members because of this. The other members saw her personality change from when she was first a trainee to who she is now, but to Mark, Perrie is just Perrie. Her emotions and the way she acts is just a part of her like they always have been.
If there is anyone who Perrie believes will always be by her side it is Mark. The two of them are nearly always together because of their constant schedules and even at the dorm they share a room so it is rare for the two not to be around each other. Mark has actually chosen Perrie as the person he wants to grow old with. The two share such a profound bond that anyone can see just by looking at them.
While all NCT members consider themselves protective of Perrie, Mark is one of the members who takes care of her mentally and emotionally. Whenever she needs to get something of her chest or talk about something, Mark always lends an ear and Perrie does the same thing back for him.
However because they feel so comfortable with one another, they tend to get really weird and odd when they are together. As a result the fans have labeled them the crackhead couple and some have compared them to Joey and Chandler from Friends. The members have mentioned countless time how they have walked into them having the weirdest conversations. The two of them can range from cute and sentimental to a complete chaotic mess in less than a second.
They spend a lot of time in studio together. They will spend hours in there writing lyrics or just making beats - some that are really good and some that are just weird because it was made out of boredom. Sometimes they just go there to hang out with one another. They probably have a least 2 dozen songs that they could release - with some finishing touches - if they really wanted to. On a more serious note they also like to visit one another when they are recording and they usually end up bring food or drinks for one another. He is also one of the only members - Taeyong and Haechan being the others - that she lets openly look through her lyric notebook.

Literal soulmates. The two actually call themselves soulmates when askes to describe their relationship with each other. Honestly speaking, Haechan adores Perrie and he makes it very obvious. Skinship is a big yes between the both of them. It is very rare to see them not initiating some type of touching. Sometimes it is a full on cuddle but then other times its something small like holding each others pinkies.
Although Haechan in known for his teasing, he rarely seems to tease Perrie as much as he does the other members. He knows that Perrie can be quite sensitive so he makes sure he never overdoes it. He learned that the hard way when once when they were trainee's. Even though, they don't really tease each other, that doesn't stop them from bickering. This very rarely leads to an actual fight, so the members just let them be. However, whenever they do try to get in the middle of them, one of two things happens. Either Haechan and Perrie will team up and start something up with that person, or if it is leading to an actual fight, it will increase the tension and make things worse. The funny thing is that even when they do fight, they still make excuses for one another. You could catch them being petty with one another but if one was asked about the other, they would protect each other no matter what.
Although it seems they do not have as deep as of relationship as other member, that is actually completely wrong. The two may not verbally express their feelings a lot, but their actions really showcase it. When Haechan first started to get close to Perrie and know about the BPD, he took extra care to make sure he can help her whenever she needs it. He is one of the few people who can almost always tell what she needs and how to help.
Despite him being younger than her, he likes to take care of her like he is older. You can see him watching out for her and always being willing to help when she needs it. When it comes to Perrie herself, Haechan is usually one of the first ones she calls when she can tell she is getting bad. Since Perrie leans on him, Haechan also seems to lean on Perrie whenever he is getting upset or in a bad mood because Perrie accepts him as he is and is always willing to listen to him.
Their close bond is also shown through the way they work together. When it comes to them partnering up, the members always try to prevent it because it is nearly impossible to beat them but it is even harder to control them. When Perrie is by him, her personality seems to open up more and she becomes much more outgoing. Therefore, the two of them together is a force to be reckoned with.
When it comes to jealousy, the two are quite literally number one when it comes to this. They both really care about one another and sometimes they want one another's affection or to hang out but other members take their spot. Its not unhealthy or overly possessive, it just two people who are so used to hanging out that when others take up that time it feels odd.
