I knew if any of them would be first, it would be the Perro Rabioso girls. Second-most likely has to be Shiina.

Also, they got Towa’s name wrong. They seem to mix up Bo and Ba a lot. Because they do this to Bodou too.

It’s been a while since she relied on her notebook. I guess it’s because she is only just getting to know them an there’s three of them.

What an absolute banger of a chapter.

Okay, so their classmates ignoring them or flat out rejecting the idea of being Komi’s friend... Didn’t care for that. But you can’t have everything all at once, so I’m letting it slide. It’s sliding like it’s on a frictionless, frozen lake. It’s fine.

Yukapoyo! I trusted you!... I’m kidding. The “is Komi unpopular?” line doesn’t actually bother me any. It’s all for laughs. I love this girl. I am so glad that we have her in this class. Such a blessing.

...Omagawa needs to go sit down... I swear that she is plotting something behind that cute, bubbly smile of hers.

The Perro Rabioso girls continue to be a pleasure to behold. I figured they would be the first to grab hold of Komi’s offer of friendship. I’m glad I was right. They’re basically the most normal ones in the entire class alongside Yukapoyo.

I hope that “Yamami” and “Nakana” show up on occasion to visit them and Komi. I’m sure they will, actually, since Tadano even foreshadowed it for us. Seriously though, what was up with Tadano getting both of their names wrong? That had to be the translator or typesetter having a laugh.

Seikimatsu! My boy Seikimatsu is now friends with Tadano. I want them to share a conversation about what happened on the first day of year 1. Does Seikimatsu remember? I’m certain Tadano does. Will Seikimatsu apologize? He seems super excitable, yet polite. He probably will.

Shiina is... Well, I think it’s fairly obvious she’s going to be Komi’s next friend. She looks rather... Hm, well I won’t say desperate, but she looks like she really wants to be friends with Komi. That’s the impression I get. Maybe she thinks she’ll screw up somehow and that’s why she’s not going for it? Maybe she just doesn’t like going along with what other people want for some reason? I don’t know. I’m just spitballing here.

Speaking of spitting. What the fuck was that, Lily? Talk about nasty, lmao. You know someone has to clean that up...

...Tadano naturally wound up doing it. smh

Anyways. There was literally nothing else this chapter, was there?

The fucking headpat!

Finally!!! I have been waiting so long for them to have any kind of (wholesome) physical intimacy again. It feels like it has been forever since they held hands... And headpats are top shelf quality stuff.

I’ll admit that it’s not quite what I wanted though... I really, really want them to hug... A nice, long hug... Or even cuddling. Like actual cuddling. Not just sitting next to each other.

A kiss... can come at any point later. I’m in no rush at all for that at all. I just want Tadano to smother Komi with hugs and headpats galore, because she deserves it.

Did I have anything else from this chapter I wanted to discuss? I don’t believe so...

Anyways... With that all said, there is one other thing I wanted to add. A reminder, just in case it was drowned out by other posts and you didn’t get a chance to see it.

Yesterday, I heavily revised and mirrored chapter 10 of my main fic to this blog. You can find the post here. The flow of events and everything is essentially same, but it’s worded far better now, and in some parts it even got expanded on somewhat. I’m really, really satisfied with how it came out.

Finally, I am at long last all caught up on the latest manga chapters!

I am unsure which chapter I will liveblog next. 330 will of course take priority as soon as it comes out, but I don’t know if it will be out before I am ready to do another one. If 330 takes too long, then I will proceed to start on 300-305 since these were requested in an ask a while back.

Komi 324: Third Year

Final thoughts:

I loved this chapter so much. Not a thing to dislike about it. Not a single thing... *mumbling* 

Komi being unable to sleep due to her anxiety over her third year starting the next morning, and then Tadano swooping in to comfort her? Even going as far as going to her house at pretty much midnight? That is dedication. That is a good boyfriend. That is why Tadano is the best boy, and that is why he is peak male performance. That these two were able to find each other and fall in love... It makes my heart sing. My heart brims with joy every time I see them together.

The new class seems... interesting. I will withhold my judgment on their character for now. It’s a high standard that 2-1 set, and I don’t expect them to exceed that standard any time soon... if ever. It’s nice that we have some familiar faces in this new crowd though.

Minus Nakanaka and Yamai, we have the members of Perro Rabioso: Ojousa Mako, Hanya Tonatsu, and Bosa Towa. They seem nice. I like them.

Next we have one of Manbagi’s friends, Shiroki Yuka (Yukapoyo). She seems nice too. I like her too.

And finally, Sukida Lily... I know that she is a fan of girls exclusively, but hope that she will come to appreciate Tadano and Komi’s relationship.

If there’s one complaint I have, besides the thing I won’t mention again, it’s that we were once again robbed of some of Komi’s best friends from class 1-1. Mainly Onemine, Otori, and Nakanaka. I would have absolutely loved at least having these 3 also in class 3-1. I would add Yamai too for Sukida Lily’s sake, but her antics are a bit extreme, and we don’t need her getting in the way of Tadano and Komi’s relationship.

Looking forward to seeing what these new guys are like. I hear they all have communication disorders of their own.
