So I mentioned Perrun was the patreon deity of Dove Reki but the version of it there is very much a stylised version, partly in keeping with the native art style of the setting but also because nobody has observed this thing for real in a long, long time. Any descriptions and depictions of it have been filtered through countless generations and their individual interpretations, leaving its modern-day depiction being a little bit off-base.
Perrun actually looks like a big nasty flesh bag covered in eyes and lightning. The eyes open and close seemingly at random on its body, and have no set positions; they're always constantly appearing and disappearing. The "hair" is a big, thick cloud that obscures anything it covers from sight, and the lightning is just Perrun's whole Thing. (It doesn't necessarily walk on those weird legs, either; it can basically fly with no apparent means of propulsion, its body turning to lightning when it does so. Think Sparky from that one Lilo & Stitch movie)
Perrun is considered to be all-seeing due to its many eyes, and swift to act on account of its affinity with lightning. Dove Reki's inhabitants specifically have been very attuned to these particular traits recently, on account of the ever-present threat of industrialists invading their land, forcing them off of it and/or trying to "assimilate" them into the industrial world.
